Catholic Counseling
Many Catholics prefer Catholic counseling because it offers professional mental health care that appreciates the roles of both faith and reason. In a Catholic counseling setting, clients know their values, beliefs, and spiritual practices will be understood and honored—allowing for transformation and healing in both mind and soul, without having to dance around the central role of faith in their lives. At Living Well, we are able to pull from the riches of the Catholic Tradition as well as Evidenced Based Therapeutic Practices when serving Clients.
